How Will My Order be Delivered?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Dispatch methods are listed on the product page as well as throughout the checkout process. We will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method.

Orders will be dispatched within 5 days. Deliveries can be made between 8am-8pm. If you require delivery on a specified date then please contact us.

You will receive an email to confirm the delivery method once you place your order, and also when the item is dispatched with a tracking number for the package.

Dispatch Costs:

Delivery of items in mainland UK are FREE on orders over £40.00. Orders under £40.00 have a delivery charge of £9.99.

Delivery of items to Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey are up to 17 days delivery time at a delivery charge of £30.00.

For all other non - mainland UK Isles please email for a delivery quote to care@sarruhome.co.uk.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to measure and make sure that your purchases will fit into your house, through gates, doorways and into the space planned for it. Our delivery people are experienced and will do all they can to get it in, but if they are unable to, we cannot offer a refund for any part of the delivery or return.

Please note – the delivery company will contact you to book in the delivery direct with yourselves. Please make sure you will be home to accept delivery because any failed delivery will incur a failed delivery charge with the delivery company and you will be responsible to pay this. As we subsidise majority of the costs you may find this cost higher than you initially paid.
